OH HEY THERE,
I have professionally cared for infants and toddlers for over a decade, and nothing brings me more joy than providing a loving, nurturing space for kiddos to explore, play, learn and grow.
So, what does that have to do with sleep? The answer is…
Everything
Sleep plays a huge role in our daily rhythm, especially for our little ones. Crankiness, stress, health concerns, and developmental delays are only a few of the effects we see when our babe’s sleep is lacking. But, at the same time, when our babies are struggling with sleep we are often told that it is a passing phase or told to just let them “cry it out.” Sound familiar?
Whether you are a seasoned parent, or welcoming your first, the world of pediatric sleep can be a confusing place.
With questions like “are they sleeping through the night yet?” and unsolicited advice such as “you just need to let them cry it out” it is easy to feel pressured and overwhelmed.
I knew something had to change
So, in the fall of 2021, I took a big leap, quit my graduate program and decided to follow my gut and passion for early childhood development by becoming a certified pediatric sleep consultant.
But my education didn’t end there. I read all the books, (and I mean ALL the books), flagged all the articles, and joined the leading communities promoting conscious parenting and gentle sleep. I’ve taken all the info and packaged it neatly so you don’t have to go down the google doom scroll!
My Approach
Now, helping tired families get the rest they need in a way that works best for them and is centered around their parenting values is what I love.
I’ll be honest, if you are looking to “sleep through the night” in a matter of days: I’m not your gal.
If you are looking for connection based, gentle alternatives for healthy, sustainable sleep for your child,
MY MISSION
To support ALL families in getting a better night's sleep, so that they can continue to explore, play, learn and thrive.
I offer remote sleep support programs for littles ages 4 months through toddlerhood. With 2 tiers of support, you choose the option that is best for your family and your budget, and we will work together to get your little one sleeping soundly!
MY PHILOSOPHY
All children, families, sleep goals and dynamics are unique and deserve respect. I believe that each child has the right to gentle, responsive, and effective sleep support to help them thrive.
My approach to sleep coaching is not a “one size fits all.” I look at your family, your child, your sleep goals and values as a parent to create the sleep plan that works for YOU.
